Mashable posted a review and video today of the new V.I.O. POV.HD Camera on a bike ride through the streets of San Francisco. Check it out:

First impression? It doesn't seem to touch the quality of the GoPro HD Hero, and at about twice the price, size, and parts, I don't see why anyone would.
